Straight wire drawing machine, is developed for straight or deflection free drawing of wire to provide better drawability, we designed according to clients’ request;

Inlet wire diameter 5.5mm, outlet wire diameter is 1.6mm for making welded mesh;

Clients also want to make nails, that will need 3mm, 4mm, 5mm wire, so we also customized the drawing mold accordingly for them as different solution;

Auxiliary equipment as bellows:

Wire pay-off stand, shelling machine, wire take up machine, head pointing machine, and butt- welding machine;

This straight wire drawing line, has higher production, and finished wire quality is good for making welded mesh; and from 5.5mm directly to 1.6mm no need through the annealing furnace, but cost of this line is a little expensive, so it’s suitable for clients who has higher production equipment, and enough budget;

If you have limited budget, you can go for pulley type wire drawing machine, which is also popular, just from 5.5-1.6mm need be drawing from 5.5-2.0mm firstly, and then take it into annealing furnace, and next, use water tank wire drawing machine make it from 2.0mm to 1.6mm;
